The Basseterre Desalination Plant
The 2-million-gallon-per-day desalination plant at the Paul Southwell Industrial Park is one of the largest infrastructure undertakings under the Agenda. It will significantly enhance the availability of potable water for the Basseterre system and end the water rationing some domestic, commercial and industrial customers have faced.
It is joined by a 70,000-gallon-per-day solar-powered desalination plant built in collaboration with the UAE, now in commissioning, with desalinated water already integrated into the system for Frigate Bay and the Southeast Peninsula.

The JNF Smart Hospital: a state-of-the-art, climate-resilient facility designed to withstand natural disasters and ensure continuous care, alongside the first government-owned MRI in St. Kitts.

The CARICOM 25 by 25 initiative: cutting the food import bill by 25%, backed by greenhouse villages, 17 new cold storage facilities, and climate-smart agriculture supporting over 700 farmers.
